This includes evolving and enhancing our current Online Brand Optimization (OBO) and website solutions, while creating entirely new products, starting with our internal portal as an MVP and expanding from there.
The Role
We are seeking a forward-thinking Director of Product & AI Development. This is a strategic, hands-on role where you will directly contribute development expertise, leverage the latest AI innovations to speed up delivery, and manage internal and contractor teams to achieve exceptional results. The ideal candidate will blend cutting-edge technical skills with proven real-world work and leadership experience.
Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Innovation: Define and own the product roadmap, starting with the internal portal MVP and then expanding to ChatGPT/Perplexity pages, LTE integration, AI score engine and OBO enhancements.
Hands-On Development: Personally contribute to coding, prototyping and solution architecture as needed.
AI Integration: Lead the development and integration of AI capabilities into internal workflows and client-facing tools, using state-of-the-art AI technologies to accelerate development.
Project Oversight: Manage web and app development projects from planning to launch.
Resource Management: Build, manage and optimize a network of contractors and vendors to execute projects efficiently.
Technical Leadership: Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and oversee execution.
Continuous Improvement: Research and apply emerging AI technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
5+ years leading product or technical projects with direct development experience.
Proven experience with AI applications (prompt engineering, LLM integrations, automation workflows) and using AI to accelerate development.
Strong understanding of web/app development stacks and integrations.
Experience building and managing distributed contractor networks.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
Combination of modern technical expertise with proven management experience.
